The proposed note is missing the point. A subway line may be able to carry a lot of passengers over a many mile network, but even at the low cost estimate from 2003 it doesn't scale down. The Beijing subway connects to a 750km network. NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(0-0-3) Author
