This post contains a photo of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. but he is not in charge of HHS currently. This is actually being considered under Biden's FDA. [Link]

NNN - Factually correct and the image of RFK Jr. doesn't directly imply his involvement. Speculation on RFK Jr. influence on this should be in the comments

To the contributor claiming NNN, the post is misleading readers to believe that RFK jr is somehow involved and responsible for the changes. So yes a note is indeed needed. People are gullible.

NNN While I can understand the inclination to note this post, it is arguably true that many of RFK's works and statements have had a positive effect in health, including opening eyes to food dye issues. It is therefore opinion whether or not he affected this decision by the FDA.

The OP has misleading implication. Notes are used to provide corrections or additional context to clarify information. So, yes, the note CLARIFYING the misleading post IS needed because people see the OP by default, not the comments. Stop writing NNN. Yes it is.

NNN - if you actually read the article it brings up RFK Jr as saying these dyes have been linked to cancer and there is an image of him because, in current events, he has been tapped by President Elect Trump to lead HHS in his term. [Link]

NNN While RFK Jr is not part of the Biden administration, he has raised awareness about food dyes and their health effects during the recent election. It is speculative whether his raising awareness contributed to this decision, but that can be discussed in the comments.
