Donald Trump wasn’t running for congress. The executive and legislative branches of government are different. [Link]

The post clearly show the discrepancies between Elon's tweets and his action. The fact is, while Biden's age bother far right, Trump's age doesn't. Mentioning the congress as an excuse is irrelevant

NNN - don’t be obtuse. Musk campaigned for the oldest person to be elected President of the United States. If his point with the graph is that those in government are too old, well, he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The distinction between branches is hardly relevant.

NNN - OP is factually correct and points out Musk's hypocrisy, therefore it is irrelevant whether Trump was running for executive or legislative branch of government. What matters, is his age.

Presidents do currently have term limits of 8 years, whether served consecutively or not. This is due to the 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution. [Link] According to the Constitution there is no maximum age to serve in office, only a minimum age of 35. [Link]

The implied correlation between age and length tenure in government is irrelevant: while older members of congress have typically served longer terms, Donald Trump has served only one term in any type of government position, as POTUS from 2016 to 2020. [Link]
