This is not entirely accurate. There have been aviation accidents involving US carriers since 2009. Two examples: Atlas Air 3591 in 2019, a 767-300ER crash, with 3 fatalities: [Link] Southwest Airlines 1380 in 2018, a 737-700, engine failure which resulted in one fatality: [Link]

OP (me) is claiming no US passenger air carrier accident fatalities since 2009. This is correct. The Southwest accident was a maintenance failure which caused a death in flight, with no loss of the aircraft, and Amazon Prime accident is a cargo carrier, not passenger carrier.
