The DA’s office has the following names charged: Siu Kei (Alex) Kwan, Yathei (Hayson) Yuen, Yat C (Sunny) Ng, Wentao (Victor) Li, Lichao Ni, and Zheng Chang, 31. None of them are Indian. [Link]
