No, McDonald's does not sponsor the IDF. This post falsely claim the IDF soldier in the picture got the meal for free. Even the soldier himself finds it funny that he paid for his McDonald's meal, yet people from all over the world want to boycott MacDonald's for allowing it. [Link]
