J K Rowling has never called for these things. She is an advocate for single sex spaces. Humans cannot change sex. However trans people are all still male or female. Meaning Transmen would still be able to use female bathrooms, and transwomen can still use male bathrooms. [Link]

These 15 people have not been verified. The number appears to be plucked out of thin air. No sources are provided. It also ignores the fact that suicides are most often due to multiple issues, and seems to imply that other mental health issues played no part in said suicides. [Link]

There is no factual information or statistics anywhere which shows that being refused puberty blockers lead to deaths. In fact the posted ignores the findings of the cass review and ignores the many other mental health conditions trans people are shown to have. [Link]
