Tory (a literal rocket scientist) falsly claims the Raptor 3 rocket engine is “partially assembled” in the side-by-side comparison picture. This image posted by SpaceX employee clearly shows the same Raptor 3 engine fully functioning with the same assembly as OP’s image. [Link]

The post makes it appear as if this is something which Breaking and happening right now. This is false because the post is referring to the revised "Nuclear Employment Guidance" Strategy which was signedby Joe Biden back in March. [Link]
