USA bombed Al Shifa Pharmaceuticals in Sudan in 1998 with claims that it stores Nerve gas for Alqaeda and has links to Osama Bin Laden . It was also in retaliation to Nairobi and Dar es Salaam bombing same year bh Alqaeda. Has nothing to do with Pharma prices and procurement. [Link]
