The point is Labour needs more seats than the Conservatives in order to form a government. If Labour do not win Bristol Central, that's one seat less. If Labour win Bristol Central, that's one seat more. Labour are the only realistic alternative to a Conservative government.

The post is factually accurate. The SNP government have imposed the highest income tax rates in the UK, but have chosen to spend that additional money on other things. They could choose to provide winter fuel payments to pensioners, but have chosen not to. [Link]
