These are most likely surpluses left over from the USA's withdrawal from Afghanistan, not copies. The roll mark (logo) on the lower indicates that they are made by FN Herstal. [Link] Finally, the seller of these M4 Carbines makes no indication they are copies of the M4 Carbine. [Link]

The Sig Sauer 550 in the video does not use standard AR-15 magazines. It uses proprietary mags for the 55X series of rifles. A later version called the SIG 556 would accept standard AR-15 magazines. [Link]
