This is a different Madison Square Garden than the one that hosed the Naxi Rally. The current MSG was built in the late 60s on a different site. The one that the Nazi rally was in was torn down in 1968. It is currently the site of One Worldwide Plaza. [Link]

This is a video of a multiple launch rocket system firing but shown in reverse. There are no explosions when the alleged projectiles land, which would happen even if the warhead was inert due to kinetic energy. There also would not be a fiery plume as shown. [Link]
