The video cited in the proposed note includes no top Democrats. AOC, Cori Bush, Ilhan Omar, while well known are not leaders of the party. Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris who are top dems in the video do not call for defunding the police in that video.

Terrance Howard had been brain dead and was on a ventilator. Howard’s family refused to accept the prognosis and claimed the hospital had tampered with his IV. It’s reported that Howard was on a ventilator, which means he would have been breathing and CPR was unnecessary. [Link]
