There’s no outrage because both sides (Hezbollah is based in Lebanon) have been openly shelling each other. Since the outbreak of the Gaza war. Either OP knows that Israel is responding to Hezbollah and is being deceitful, or doesn’t know and therefore context is needed. [Link]

Being born in Israel doesn’t make someone an Israeli citizen. If her friend is from Ramallah, and holds Palestinian citizenship, she needs a permit to enter Israel. Palestinians routinely give birth and receive medical treatment in Israel. Therefore not Apartheid [Link]
