This tweet is presumably satirical. A p value is not the probability that the null hypothesis is true, but rather the probability of a test statistic as or more extreme than that observed, if the null hypothesis were true. [Link]

The post just expresses a personal opinion, even if it is framed in an inflammatory way. If the OP is not a mental health counsellor - as he claims - that would be misleading, but the proposed note claiming he isn't doesn't provide any evidence to demonstrate he isn't.

The worldwide prevalence of post-COVID syndrome is likely to be much lower than 42%. The estimate in the meta-analysis linked by the OP is biased upwards by several important problems. E.g., many of the studies recruited participants only from hospitals. [Link]
