OP refers to an article citing 41.4m adderall prescriptions filled last year. These generally come in monthly allotments (30 pills, sometimes less, e.g. 14, with the ongoing shortage). The real number of Americans consistently on adderall must therefore be far less than 41.4m. [Link] CURRENTLY_RATED_HELPFUL(4-2-3) Related notes[2]

The product marketed here is not Ozempic or Wegovy, the semaglutide drug prescribed for weight loss, or Rybelsus, the semaglutide oral pill, but Naltrexone/bupropion (aka Wellbutrin), a fixed dose weight loss drug that combines an opioid antagonist with a an antidepressant.
