Due to many employers using DEI guidelines in their hiring process, many "Whites" who would have been a better position and more qualified for a given job are passed up for POC candidates. White people are being textbook "systematically oppressed" [Link]

The answer is 1. In 8 / 2(2+2) there is a common misconception about the order of operations. The parenthesis must be done first. 2(2+2) simplifies to 2(4), but this is still a parenthesis and must be further simplified, and NOT changed into 2 x 2 2(4) simplifies to 8 8/8 is 1 [Link]
