In most hospitals there is no such thing as a "pediatric emergency room". in fact, they don't seem to exist in any hospitals. If you think Palestine has such capacities at their already scarce hospitals, let alone pediatric clinics, you're delusional. [Link]

Just because they can't "force" a ceasefire doesn't mean that voting against it is okay. The US has veto right in the UN matters. Which means it renders the support of other countries void. USA supports Israel and just voted against a CEASEFIRE. & This was an opinion. [Link]
