The post uses the word “choked” to suggest that Penny deliberately strangled Neely in an attempt to kill him. In reality, Penny was using a “chokehold” – a technique used in law enforcement (however, some police departments have recently restricted or banned the practice). [Link]

In 2022, Biden’s own DoJ issued an opinion affirming that Congress had constitutional authority to impose a deadline and that, because 38 states had not ratified the proposed amendment before that deadline’s expiration, the ERA is not a part of the Constitution. [Link]
