This video is about plasma transfusion has nothing to do with adrenochrome, the oxidation of adrenaline (epinephrine). Healthy plasma transfusion reduces inflammation as established medical therapy. Epinephrine is an injected dangerous drug used in extreme emergencies. [Link]

This appears to be a malicious falsehood. It is clearly a digitally altered photo which could be acceptable if used in a joke or satire. However, it goes along with a statement that is also false. Ron de Santis is not a Nazi nor does the OP present evidence of such. [Link]
