The poster states Boris Johnson’s FPN for Covid law breach means he has a police record. FPNs are not a criminal conviction and are not held on the police database. A record of fines ‘may’ be kept by a police force but this is not the same as having a police record. [Link]

All main parties had called for or supported a referendum at one point. Brexit was a free,democratic referendum which the then leader of The Conservatives campaigned to stay ‘in’ the EU. Both Labour and Conservatives had ‘leave’ and ‘remain’ supporters. [Link]
