The Prime Minister was merely warning that redistribution of resources along religious lines, and therefore an arbitrary derogation from equality, may ensue should the former ruling parties return to power. Those parties have indeed supported such things. [Link]

The term "Urban Naxal" refers to city-dwelling supporters of Naxals (participants in "Naxalism," a far-left insurgency in India). The Hindi word for Arab is "Arabi" and not "Araban." To say that the PM uttered the similar sounding "Araban Nasla" and spoke of Arabs is false. [Link] [Link]

The Pakistani forces in the Indo-Pak war of 1971 surrendered to India, not to the East Pakistani rebels that would eventually form Bangladesh. OP is passing it off as a victory wholly of the rebels, who could not have won but for India's succour and responsibility. [Link]
