On November 24, 2009, John Edward Jones of Stansbury Park, Utah was spelunking in Nutty Putty Cave when he got stuck about 700 feet underground upsidedown. Rescuers tried saving him, however it failed. The cave is now closed and his body remains there to this day. [Link]
