Allahu Akbar has historically been used as a battle cry and in military and political contexts, as is the case in this clip. While it may be used in prayer/thanksgiving/other contexts, it is clearly not the case here. [Link]

While the Shroud of Turin was indeed carbon dated to the 13-14th century, this result is disputed since it was in a fire which affects the accuracy of carbon dating. Other evidence points to it being much older.
