A video has been posted in the comments showing the incident. The flame that comes out of the engine is likely caused by a bird strike right before take off and not by a malfunction. However, this is not yet confirmed. Link: [Link]

The ship experienced a loss of power moments before the impact. This can be seen in the video where, for a short period, all the lights on the ship go out completely. This has caused the ship to lose control and not be able to steer in time. [Link]
