This is misleading and wrong. This is not H1B data. This is LCA data. LCA is an aspect of the application for many different types of VISAs including H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3. Presenting this as H1B approval data is misleading and incorrect as many LCAs are not approved. [Link] [Link]
