Tarrifs are charged to the foreign companies that sells the products to US companies. The cost are passed along, and ultimately the Walmart/Target /Amazon shopper pays the tarrifs. Let's not forget food! The price of frozen peas would go from 1.99 to 3.25 for 8oz. [Link]
