The storage facility in Landing Moss houses two seperate installations of LI Batteries, one indeed built with Tesla megapacks (The Elkhorn 115kV). The facility in question however is the 500kV section built from LG Cells in an old Turbine hall. [Link]

The Raptor engine developed and manufactured by SpaceX is nowhere close to being the most powerful Rocket engine at around 2.75MN of thrust. The Saturn Vs Engines (Rocketdyne F1) came in at around 2x the power, around 6.77 MN of thrust. [Link] [Link]
