The claim in the post is completely false and misleading. Shahbaz Sharif wasn't attempting to shake hands with Nawaz Sharif; instead, he was urging him to take the PM's chair. However, NS declined and insisted that Shahbaz should sit, as it rightfully belonged to him. [Link]
