Added context: It’s impossible to determine the nationality of the operator. However it should be said Ukraine always has a logo from the operating brigade on their videos. There is no evidence to suggest who the drone operator was or that the targets were "civilians." Unedited footage clearly shows the targets, in a russian occupied city, were armed with assault rifles and wearing green military fatigues, and thus lawful targets. This is false. The footage is from 24th-26th of February 2023 (1 year ago), and is located in Staromykhailivka, 15km west of Donetsk City (4km from the frontlines).
