This is false. The footage is from 24th-26th of February 2023 (1 year ago), and is located in Staromykhailivka, 15km west of Donetsk City (4km from the frontlines). The “civilians” are actually russian soldiers, which is evident from their military clothing and weapons. [Link]

It’s evidently satirical from the poor quality of the AI voice-over, the lip-syncing unmatched and the contents of his dialogue. For the 1% that believe it to be real, they can be corrected in the comments.

NNN Although it is completely plausible these flyers were planted to stir uproar, using wikipedia pages for the definition of “propaganda” isn’t providing context. Until real proof surfaces, right now all we can do is speculate. Use the comments for now, don’t abuse CN.
