The nearly 15M (14.8M) created jobs total is missing important context. The March 2024 figure is 5.4M higher than the March 2020 peak of employment before COVID-19 forced massive shutdowns and layoffs. It’s more accurate to say 9.4M jobs were recovered and 5.4M created. [Link]

Presidential jobs numbers are consistently evaluated from their inauguration date. Inaugurated in Jan 2021, the US economy had 142.9k vs 158.1k as of this post. Arguing the need to evaluate these numbers in a unique context should be left to the comments. NNN
