10 refusals does allow the pimp to request a gov mediator, the law codifies these refusals as rights for the prostitute and the pimp may not fire the worker due to this. The law provides protections for sex workers and not for pimps as the headline misleadingly implies. [Link]

it's not a 'complaint'. the pimp OR the sexworker can ask for a government mediator when the worker invokes their various newfound refusal rights 10 times in 6 months. it's to resolve any workplace issues through mediation. the worker cannot be fired over invoking these rights [Link]
