Humans and horses need roughly the same electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium) - same source as a NN note: [Link] Ratios matter but with high error bars. Anything arguing this isn't safe for humans needs to specifically say why the ratio is v wrong, and cite a source.
